What is a ready-made s.r.o.?
An already incorporated Czech limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register, with fully paid-up share capital, which has never carried out any business activity. The buyer takes it over and can act for it immediately.
How much does a ready-made company cost?
The purchase price is CZK 18,900 and includes all court and administrative fees, so it is a final price. If a notarial deed of amendment is required (change of business name, change of seat to another municipality, change in the number of directors), we charge an additional CZK 5,900 excluding VAT.
How quickly can I start trading?
You can act for the company from the moment you sign the decision appointing you as its statutory body – in practice immediately after the documents are signed. Everything is handled during a single visit.
Does the company have any history or liabilities?
No. None of our companies has ever traded and we guarantee they are entirely free of debt.
How much does a tailor-made company formation cost?
The base price is CZK 16,900 including all court and administrative fees. It applies to share capital up to CZK 249,000 paid by the client, an unqualified trade as the only business licence, and no foreign participation among directors or shareholders. More complex structures are priced individually.
