Company formation step by step
In short
Formation has five steps: setting the company parameters, the founding deed before a notary, payment of the share capital, notification of the trade licence, and entry in the Commercial Register. The whole process takes approximately 5 days.
The steps
1. Parameters
Name, seat, shareholders, directors, share capital and scope of business. Prepare two or three name options.
2. Founding deed
The deed of incorporation is executed as a notarial deed. We prepare the documents and arrange the appointment.
3. Share capital
Paid in by the client; the base price applies up to CZK 249,000.
4. Trade licence
The base price assumes an unqualified trade as the only licence.
5. Registration
We file the application. The company comes into existence on the date of entry.
