Who a ready-made company suits
Buying a ready-made company is the fastest and simplest way to start trading immediately. It makes sense when you:
- need to sign a contract straight away, submit a tender or enter into a lease,
- are waiting for a grant, licence or registration that requires an existing legal entity,
- do not want to wait for a newly formed company to be entered in the Commercial Register,
- want to separate a new business activity from your existing one.
If you need the full register extract to show no other persons, a tailor-made formation is the better option.

What can be changed
On transfer we typically deal with the business name, the registered seat, directors and shareholders, and the scope of business. Changing the name, moving the seat to another municipality or changing the number of directors requires a notarial deed of amendment, charged separately.

Payment is made in cash upon signature of the transfer documents. Payment by bank transfer before signature is also possible. Our price does not depend on how many other services you order.

What is included in the price of CZK 18,900?
The price covers the purchase of the company and all court and administrative fees, so it is a final price. The only extra item is a notarial deed of amendment, if required, at CZK 5,900 excluding VAT.
Do I need a notary?
A notarial deed is only needed if the business name, the seat (to another municipality) or the number of directors changes. In that case we arrange it and charge CZK 5,900 excluding VAT. Without such changes, no notarial deed is required.
How long does the transfer take?
The transfer itself takes place during a single visit – once the transfer documents are signed you act for the company. We then arrange the entry of the changes in the Commercial Register.
What documents do I need?
Typically a valid identity document of the acquirer and details of the future director and shareholder. The exact list depends on whether the acquirer is an individual or a legal entity and whether it is domestic or foreign – we send you the precise list in advance.
Can I choose the registered office?
Yes. You can use your own address or our registered office service. Note that moving the seat to a different municipality requires a notarial deed of amendment.
Can I change the company name?
Yes. Changing the business name is common and is done through a notarial deed of amendment for CZK 5,900 excluding VAT. We recommend preparing two or three name options in case the first one is too similar to an existing company.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in cash when the transfer documents are signed. Payment by bank transfer before signature is also possible.
Is the price conditional on buying other services?
No. Our price does not depend on how many other services you take. You are not obliged to order accounting or a registered office from us.
